If you are working or playing really hard, you will obligation more.
Sports drinks help beside the water, but should not be a river replacement.

Low sparkle level?
I have be feeling incredibly drained of my enthusiasm these past few weeks. I win plenty of sleep and my diet is good too (I chomp through plenty of fruit and vegetables and have a impartial diet). I get regular exercise too but, even still, sometimes I can't judge straight and I feel drastically weak and energy-less. I'm also amazingly thirsty these days, and my friend think it might be diabetes, but I'm not sure what the symptoms for that are. I'm going to the doctors in the subsequent few days, but before later, I want to have an view of what may be wrong.
What could be the problem/ what does this sound similar to?

Diabetes,anemia,low thyroid,low on B-12,chronic fatigue syndrome,fibromyalgia, it could be anything. See your doctor for further testing
I feel that way for a while, try a on a daily basis multivitamin.
Your friend may be right. In the meantime... I had a fatigued friend who go with the "blood type diet", cut out adjectives wheat, and feels close to a new personality.

I have an underactive thyroid and that make me low on energy however glowing I am. Low blood pressure can also make everything rock-hard work. The thirsty thing is suspicious though. If you get through a lot of saline or sugar it could be that but it is a symptom of diabetes. Good luck.
There any number of conditions that can cause this. You and the other folks here can speculate on the precise basis until the cows come home but you still won't know why and you still won't have started appropriate treatment for it. The with the sole purpose way to know for sure is to hold your symptoms evaluated by a phsycician.
it coud be diabetes. It could also be your thyroid. If your thyroid is off later it can make you really tired.
Low body heat?
Last night, I be laying surrounded by bed all covered up, but I be freezing! I felt heat on the outside, but the chills were from the inside out. I took my warmth, and it was merely 96.1. My body temperature is customarily lower than usual, at 96.8... but it's never been this low in the past... is there some condition anyone have heard of that could own caused this?Low body heat?
Sounds similar to you might be getting sick. Overdoing it at work, long hours? You are letting yourself get run down. I bring back the chills when I am getting sick.

Lost Voice following recouping, does anyone hold advice/similar experience?
I have have on-again-off-again minor throat pain/discomfort following mechanical freshening three months ago. Over the weekend, I spent a lot of time singing and lately being moderately loud in broad and now I cannot speak within my regular voice. Speaking lowly makes me grain physically horrible and stresses my voice more... and to top that off I nouns like a accomplice of the opposite sex!
Does anyone hold any advice? I'm going to start drinking green tea next to honey... I have no lemon. I'm looking for any and adjectives ideas... I, resembling most people, rely on my voice moderately a bit and it's becoming increasingly difficult to communicate - from brief interruptions in my voice to in a minute full loss of my regular voice for the most part. I'm inclined to give most anything a try!

If you inevitability to speak speak at a normal rank. Whispering actually puts more stress on your sung cords(believe it or not weird i know) but its true. Whispering will lone harm your choral cords. But overall don't speak! Give it a rest
You need to rest your raucous cords! Which means no discussion period!! It is rugged, but keep newspaper and pencil handy and SHUT UP!!
Lose wieght nifty??
My aunts wedding is contained by june the 22nd and i am the bridesmaid. I am looking for a dress but i am a little chubby. I am 15 and i am 118lb which is just about 53kg. I want to at least loose 9lb within this period of time. I don't want to hold my breath surrounded by at the wedding to try and look slimmer. is in attendance anything i can do. I think that i own plenty of time to lose that amount but how??

your weight sounds fine to me!! however, you could prolly jump swimming or run for an hour 5 times a week.. remember.. dont starve yourself and eat tough!!
that is not chubby. you should stop obsess about your immensity before sometime you wae up and have gain 50 pounds and look hindmost at pictures from then and ruminate why did i ever think i be chubby then
How elevated are you? 53kg sounds perfectly legitimate for a 15 year old.
