It sheltered to saunter on a treadmill? for how long?

i have a treadmill at home i be wondering how long i can spend on it? im pregnant.It sheltered to saunter on a treadmill? for how long?
There is no evidence it is harmful, lately stop when you are tired.
I had a revelation a couple of years ago. I be doing body pump and we got a unknown instructress. She was as you would expect super fit and also in her second trimester of pregnancy! She did adjectives the weight lift and only missed out the exercises that involved lying on your tummy and though slightly built other lifted at tiniest as much as me.
She finally left to hold her baby, she returned with the sole purpose a few months afterwards, looking fit and svelte and carried straight on where she vanished off. It shows what you can do soundly if you are fit and healthy to start next to!
i wud say 15 mins to partly an hour on a gentle saunter no running hehe xxx
well, umm i come in thiniking aslong as you can but it sais your pregnant not to sure but i have a personal trainer a while back and he told me that a entity should walk atleast for 30 minutes a time and if they want to really lose fat next 45 minutes or more. but again your pregnant im not sure.
i would guess like 30 minutes near a slow speed no incline unless you wanna get a short time workout. lol!
