What could be causing this distress ?
I am 38 yr old Guy !! Pls share if anyone hv similar exp.Lately, iam getting severe aching at the rear of my gone knees ( when i sit down on the floor & catch up ) ?
Are you overweight?
It might be chronic bursitits; I've have that before and adjectives it took was a shot of analgesic beneath my knee hat and i was final to normal.
Or you migh own strained a tendon or ligament.
Either mode, if it hurts, you need to want medical attention.
i have alike problem.
i went to the doctor & they said i hold cancer. =/
It's probably arthritis. It kicks within at different ages with different general public.
I have no schooling but i work as a physical psychiatric therapist technician and we have lots of knees patients complaining of the same item. In some cases it can be over use or a stressed hamstring tendon where on earth the origin connects to the inner knees. Ibuprofen is good motivation its a non inflamatory and the best thing to do would be to favor the other knees for a bit and work on moving your knee up and down when your surrounded by a chair or sitting on a couch somewhere where on earth there will not be any stress on the muscle. once again i'm not a pro but i told you best i could diagnose good luck i loathe seeing active relatives brought down by sensless injurys. sometimes crap just give out for a bit.
My Mother had duplicate problem and she had to own knee-replacement.
It can happen at any age!
After she have her knee-replacement, she done real flawless.
I can't even keep up beside her!!
Please see a Doctor if you haven't already.
