I love to like mucis, esp approaching pop,R&B and rap.But it is true that it can reduce my audible range ability?Listening music on MP3;apposite or unpromising for my ear?
The MP3 format will not hurt your ears, but high-ranking volumes will. Keep the volume down so you can still hear someone talking to you contained by a normal voice (although you won't necessarily apprehend them).
Yes it can damage your audible range just resembling listening to anything to loud can. The best entity to do is keep the nouns down and take a break every 1.5 or 2 hours.
I read roughly this in the booklet that come with my MP3 player. It said to capture your MP3 player to a safe volume, as soon as you put on the headset, set it to a comfortable volume and walk out it there. Otherwise, as your ears acclimate to the nouns, you will gradually turn the volume up highly developed and higher, usually to a point that would hold been humiliated to your ears had you set it in attendance initially upon putting on the headphones. When you grasp into this habit of little by little turning the volume up, you can do damage to your eardrums and lessen your hearing acuity over time.
