Is at hand anything that I can do to net my cheeks not hurt when I smile?

I want to smile, grin, and laugh weakly, but my cheeks hurt a lot for some cause when I smile. Is at hand anything that I can do to net my cheeks not hurt when I smile?
Try this trick that photographers use when people's cheeks start twitching from forcing smiles for too long - with your mouth closed, placidly blow up your cheeks like a balloon, and hold it approaching that for about 10 second. I think this relaxes the muscles within the cheeks by stretching them out.
Hope that helps!
I own never heard of anything you can run for that. I'd call your doctor and be paid an appointment.
dont smile
Is it that your skin gets tight or do the muscles ache or is it something else? The solution depends on the rationale.
Maybe your cheek muscles aren't strong enough. Practice smiling five or six times a hours of daylight, and work up.
If it really hurts, though, it's worthwhile to check with a doctor. It perchance a muscle disease. Nothing to laugh just about.
