Im 14 and I weigh about 100 pounds, when the rest of my friends weigh more or less 115 or 120. I get made fun of for self anerexic or bulemic, but im not!! i eat adjectives the time but it doenst help because I weigh myself every week. Is here a safe and natural way to gain freight and add a touch muscle also??Is here a respectable passageway to gain cargo??
Many teenagers are very tight, but they put on weight automatically as they grow elder. This is because teens have a unbelievably high metabolic rate and burn calories speedy. Lots and lots of protein... work out. Not like jog, but like lifting weights. What I wouldn't do to weigh 100 pounds.. Lol.
Don't try to gain counterweight just to make somebody`s day your friends. They will be the fat ones while you are still slim. You can capture a video to help you build muscles.
