Is in that a path I can prevent my lung from collasping?

I am a tall gangly near 16 year old-fashioned. I am currently in the hospital for a nemothorax, my third one since January. I a short time ago had surgery to fix it. The doctor say this is common contained by males whose skeltal structures grow faster then their tissues. Is here any way I can prevent this from occuring surrounded by the future? any help/ comments pleaseIs in that a path I can prevent my lung from collasping?
This happen to me when I was 23. (I know it's more adjectives in males but it happen to tall skinny girls sometimes too)
My vanished lung collapsed twice. The second time wasn't as bad as the first and after it stopped happening.
I don't ponder there's very much you can do to stop it taking place again. Obviously you shouldn't smoke. Also, you're supposed to try to avoid sudden changes contained by air pressure such as scuba diving or flying surrounded by an unpressurized aircraft. But really, how often be you going to do those things anyway? :-)
Sorry I can't be more help. I option you all the best.
My boyfriend's friend freshly went through a similiar experience. He's 26 and have a body frame like yours. I have never heard of this until he go to the hospital. I hope you will be okay. Sorry, I don't have any counsel for you.
