Is nearby a medical cross for a human odor smelling resembling pee?

This morning my grandpa's friend came over for to tutor him violin. I live in an apartment. After something like an hour, I walk out to the living room, and it have this intense smell/odor. It smelled like slight pee near heavy perfume. I directly opened adjectives windows (can expand only something like 15%), and full blast air conditioner and switched on washroom fan to draw out all the smell. It's be 12 hours and I can still smell it (I'd say roughly 70% gone) in the living room. My grandma suggested that within was medical condition for folks with really bleak odors that smells like pee (I don't know the English translation for the Cantonese describe she said).
Does anyone know what this smell is? How do I get rid of it?Is nearby a medical cross for a human odor smelling resembling pee?

Well...body odor is from sweat which...vitally is pee. Different concentrations of water/salt/urea, but it's all impossible to tell apart stuff.
