My parents repeatedly tell me not to do so.But I really love to read while I am lying. because it take home me feel better than reading while I am sitting.Tell me whether it is honourable or bad?Is that well brought-up for my eyes to read while I am lying on my bed?
It does not business what position you're in as long as you're adjectives (not upside down or sideways), head propped up and most importantly, near is good lighting.
i dont believe it matters where on earth you read, as long as it is a well-lit area.
It's just bad if you're trying to read next to the lights out. Straining your eyes too much can cause harmed.
doesnt make a difference, alot of poeple flop in bed and read. i do every dark!
Contrary to popular belief, reading low light or lying down or reading surrounded by the dark cause no eye problems whatsoever. Laying in bed reading is great. I do it adjectives the time. Reading is definitely a great hustle and bustle to get contained by the habit of doing. May I recommend a James Patterson mystery original?
It only hurts your eyes if you are straining due to low or inadequet lighting. Make sure the oil lamp is bright, but doesn't hurt your eyes. Reading with a low neutral can lead to blindness or impossible eyesight someday.
Some people will notify you that it is not. I will tell you that I asked my eye doctor like peas in a pod question and she said that as long as you hold good lighting it does not effect you no thing where you read. If you do not wear corrective lenses consequently reading in bed will not incentive your eyes to wear out.
