Is this a broken blood vessel?

Thisis red dot it's a lot redder contained by person and I get a few more other places. The pic is kinda blurry.

I have several markedly similar red dots. They look like little popped capillary, right? They are called hemangiomas if they are one and the same thing that I own. They never go away fatefully, but they are not too noticeable, so I would freshly forget about them. A doctor told me that they come to pass quite frequently when lower than large amounts of stress. Ive have little marks similar to that before. I dont presume its a broken blood vessel. The little marks I have like that took a totally long time to go away. If it isnt broken skin (sorry the pic is rather blurry) it could be some kind of mutation within the epithelium of your skin. Since it is so small I would ignore it. It will probably shift away on its own. If it changes at adjectives as in crusting, inflamming, oozing, or anything else.. put some gel on it. If that doesnt help it after 2 weeks see a Dr.
Have you be cooking? It looks to me like a burn from a hot grease spatter.
It does not look approaching a broken blood vessel. It could be a tiny bruise.
Keep an eye on it. If it gets larger, see your doctor.
