Is the shower too hot if my legs are red afterwards?

I have it so its almost scalding. I start it at heat up and then at a snail`s pace move it up to hot, its not as high as it could be though.Is the shower too hot if my legs are red afterwards?

I love to filch really hot baths, and it makes my skin red afterwards. It is insecure if you stay in a long spell of time (over 30 mins.) because it does raise your heart rate and respiration but it's not similar to a hot tub where it will continuously stay hot. It will commence to cool after a bit (unless you keep adding together hot water) anyway.
I asked my doctor about it and he said it is ok but it does dry out your skin. I do enjoy to do more frequent pedicures because my feet achieve really dry but other than that I don't enjoy a lot of issues. When you attain out of the shower/bath just cause sure you use a good ability moisturizer and it helps next to the dry skin.
Also, it will dry out your hair- My hairdresser said if you use really hot water in recent times use a conditioner and try to end next to a cool rinse. The cool rinse helps your coat and also makes it shine.

yes you don't involve a hot shower actually it ages your skin. use a thaw shower with moral soap and you will get of late as clean.
Is it comfortable for you? If you are not competent to stand the heat than to be precise a problem. When I take showers my skin tend to be red after wards as very well. But it is nothing to verbs about. As long as you approaching the way the dampen feels on your body than you are fine. We adjectives have a different warmth that we like. Yours is of late hotter than someone Else's. Nothing to worry roughly! :-)
Yes it may be too hot. You could get a imprudent from it.
