Is this a sleep disorder when I can't transmit actuality from my dreams apart?

It's like sometimes my dreams become intertwine near real natural life. To the point that I can't tell what's unadulterated or not.Is this a sleep disorder when I can't transmit actuality from my dreams apart?
Sounds like a mental disorder not a sleep disorder. See a shrink.
that would qualify as a psychosis, you entail a psychiatrist.
Yeah this sounds a lot similar to derealization/depersonalizatio... characteristic of depression and anxiety disorders.
There is a disorder call "non-Lucid Dreaming" that sometimes blurs dreams with realness... basically it's resembling a dream that is SO convincing that it's hard to let somebody know that it's really a dream. Hindus and others have written around it. Here's a pretty good article that explains the differences within dreams

My dreams are always of late like existing life, but I can merely think of two times I woke up and thought something I dreamed be real. There enjoy been other times when I wasn't comparatively sure which was which. I never thought of that as a sleep disorder.
