So at 7 PM yesterday, i pulled it running
I wake up and it's rather better
Then i run and i feel a crack that hurt fruitless
And when i put to much pressure on my leg, like jump, running, etc, it feels close to my muscle cracksIs this a pulled muscle (description inside)?
A pulled muscle can be characterized by pain contained by the muscle tissue. A torn ligament would be located around a joint. If it is a pulled muscle, the appropriate motion is to employ the rice method. Rest is greatly important to allow uplifting. Ice will reduce swelling and strain. Compression will help protect or aid the muscle during soothing. Elevation also helps beside swelling. The important factor is to not increase the scratch or to cause more wreck. Limit activity to those that are not discomfort full. Ice 20 mins an hour. No heat for the first 48 hrs. After 48 hrs try some moist steam, gentle stretching, stretch the muscle till you quality discomfort but no more. Hold the stretch, do not bounce or rock. After stretching and non-painful activity return to rime. You'll know when you are ready to return to full buzz when there is no more strain and normal length of motion has be achieved.
This is simple recommend, only a Dr. can diagnose and prescribe treatment. If you do not see some advancement please follow up with your Dr.

you might have torn a ligament - i would walk get it checked out ASAP
